Window Shooting in the West End

I hosted another fun Meetup for London Street Photography. This time we headed out at night and tackled Oxford Street and the surrounding area. I set three mini projects after a warm up exercise.

The mini projects were: 1/ Reflections (looking for interesting ‘multiple exposure’ stories. 2/ Framing (looking for different ways to frame within the frame) and there were some really creative results here from the participants. 3/ Abstract (looking for something that takes elements of the street but creates an image more like a painting).

The challenges were the low light and having to utilise the light from window displays to maximise results.

My best shots from the evening are below… It seems I created a ‘study in blue’!
